i really enjoyed my stay at hyatt place. the staff were super friendly and the decor was nice. the quick elevators were a plus, and everything smelled clean. my standard king room with a sofa bed had a nice layout, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. i also loved the tasty breakfast options available each morning.

The Queen Room on a high floor offers decent views and a reasonable amount of space for a solo traveler. The layout felt modern, and the overall design made it easy to settle in quickly despite a few hiccups elsewhere.

Shuttle from the airport didn't show up as advertised, leaving me with a $43 Uber fare on arrival. The sliding bathroom door lacked privacy and was awkward to use, while soundproofing fell short, making it harder to relax. I also noticed a significant absence of vending machines, especially for soft drinks. the bar had only Pepsi options, which left me wishing for a Dr Pepper or two. Check-in wasn't smooth, as it took longer than necessary and felt like staff were lacking direction and friendliness.

We explored Reddan Soccer Park and even caught a game at the Ice Arena. Great location with easy access to food options. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was a perfect start to our day. Rooms were comfy and the common areas were nice for hanging out. Definitely recommend!
